Scotch Hill Farm is a family owned and operated small farm. Tony and Dela started the farm in 1994 and worked across 25 years to achieve self-sufficiency. Up to 2019, the CSA grew from 6 farm shares to as many as 225 farm shares. The farm, operated by Tony and Dela, is now becoming active in a Community Kitchen Cooperative serving portions of 4 counties with meal subscriptions that seek 90 percent of ingredients from local farms. Food from our farm and many others is grown without synthetic chemicals for health and wholeness of our food shed and communities. Our mutual love and service to farming is still passed on to share members through healthful food grown with sustainable practices.
